In the midst of all of the savings that may be available today, I hope that we can be respectful of one another, as we shop for bargains on sale, and try to find items at their lowest possible price.
Every year the media reveals some news story about consumers who are so disrespectful, that they will stop at nothing to get what they came for. As result, people end up pushing, arguing, and even causing severe bodily harm to other consumers, just for the chance to grab a product on sale.
How does this make any sense? One day we are celebrating Thanksgiving Day, and giving thanks for everything we have, and then the next day we break out in a frenzy because we don’t have enough of what we want.
Isn’t there something wrong with this?
Anyways, be blessed as you look for bargains, and find those things on sale, that are at a really good price.
Lord Jesus, May you help us to act appropriately as we go about our shopping on Black Friday. Help us to be respectful of one another, and to learn how to be patient, as we do our shopping. Thank you that we can trust you to keep us safe, and to be mindful of other shoppers who are also looking for great deals. Amen.
