Who Is God’s Gifted Artist?

who is gods gifted artist

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. (Psalm 19:14)

Many of you look to the Lord Jesus Christ for your inspiration. He inspires you to write your posts or poems, paint your abstract or real-life pieces, or share in some other creative way, whatever is in your head, or placed within your heart.

As an artist, you realize that what you create is an extension of yourself. You take what is on the surface, or deep within your soul, and express it for all to see. In other words, you engage your own free will to take His seed and add your gifting to it, so that it is well-watered and properly fertilized in the richness of His soil.

What a blessing you are to God, as you look to Him for your inspiration, and as He looks to you for your cooperation. For it takes great courage to be willing to participate with Him, as you trust Him to give life to the raw material that He has placed within you.

So, be blessed today, for your Creator God has inspired, and predestined you, to be His hands and His feet, as He works within you to express His glory.

Lord Jesus,

May you continue to encourage and inspire every artist within your kingdom. Give them your passion for design, your wisdom for direction, and your willingness to take a risk whenever you are calling them further into your glory. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Amen.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58)
